• Do not shrink URLs which redirect to websites containing the above mentioned content;
• Do not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose including but not limited to copyright content, child pornography, threatening, defaming, stalking, abuse, harassing or violating any person's or entity's legal rights;
• Do not Offer an incentive or beg a visitor to click on your shortened links;
• Do not spam any website, forum or blog with the Site's links;
• Do not Bring fake/automated traffic of any kind to your links. This will get your account terminated automatically by our system. Manipulation of our system to gain views is also not allowed. This includes iframes, redirects, bots, proxies, traffic exchange, Email traffic, PTC traffic, hitleap, jingling, etc;
• Do not automatically redirect to your shortened url from a website. The viewer must click on the link him/herself;
• Do not Open your shortened URLs using an iframe or popups/popunder;
• Do not Click on your own shortened urls to generate revenue. We reserve the right to not pay for the revenue generated;
• Do not Create 'redirect loops' with mjshortner.com URLs or similar services to generate revenue, Even adding a page between ours and other sites also considered as loop and will result in ban.
• Do not Transmit files that contain viruses, spyware, adware, trojans or other harmful code;
• Do not Interfere with other publishers which are using the Site's service;
• Do not Create multiple accounts. Only one account per person is allowed; and creating account with Self Refral also leads to ban.
• Do not Abuse from the contact system such as sending messages regarding payments before due dates, threatening to change service and/or providing false or incomplete data.
• MJShortner reserves the right to verify your traffic source whenever you request payout to prevent fraudlent clicks & revenue
• To withdraw your refral earnings you must earn 10-20% of the total refral amount thorugh links. If you want only ref earnings then you must have referred 10+ users and you must provide the source.
• Do not Shrink the urls which contain adult ads.
• All Non Indian Payment Method Fee will be charged from user account. Excluding the default transaction fee MJShortner will charge fee For BTC  - 5% , Payeer - 5% , Perfect Money - 5%, Paypal - 1%  from user withdrawl.
• MJShortner reservers the right to hold the payment of user who violate the rules of our system.

If you break any rules we will ban your account without payment.
